About North Node™
North Node is a space for intentional exploration, grounded in awareness, preparation, and integration.
It was created to offer more access to education, integration, and community.
This work is built on a simple idea. The way we think, decide, and move through our lives is shaped by patterns. When those patterns become visible, new possibilities open.
North Node offers structured ways to explore those patterns and work with them more intentionally.
The Work
An educational and experiential approach to change.
This work draws from neuroscience, mindfulness, and the responsible exploration of expanded states of awareness. The focus is not on intensity, but on clarity.
Integration is central. What you see and understand only matters if it can be carried forward into how you work, lead, and live.
Care, Structure, and Responsibility
Each experience is approached with care, structure, and responsibility, with preparation, integration, and context all playing an essential role.
This is not about quick breakthroughs or one-off experiences. It is about creating the conditions for meaningful, lasting change.
Integration, not intensity, is the measure of this work, and it is for individuals, teams, and organizations willing to look more closely.
You do not need to have everything figured out, only a place to begin.

Maggie Kirkwood

Most people talk at a room. Maggie invited the room in. She created space for vulnerability, curiosity, and real conversation, which is exactly what leaders need when exploring something as complex as psychedelics.
